Moncler’s Omnichannel training team asked us to create a training project for employees, client advisors, of the brand that will go on the company’s internal social platform, Mine. The goal is to teach the client advisor how to interact with the customer, how to present the products to the customer, and all the various aspects that can arise from the beginning of the meeting with the customer until the goodbye. Create 32 video tutorials lasting a reel (15โ45 sec), divided by macro topics and specific utilities.
Our intent is to bring the tutorial videos to the next level. We want to create out of the box, aspirational and appealing pieces with a different approach.
The workspace is the stylish Moncler boutique in Galleria Vittorio Emanule in Milan, super chic with astonishing furniture. Immediately recognisable and elegant, the Moncler boutique is the client advisor’s everyday routine. The background will be bold and present but never too visible.
The key player is the client advisor and their actions. The client advisor is the real protagonist: sharply lit and brought to life in a almost photo shootโlike set up. Dynamic captioning keywords will brand the whole project with an impactful and minimal touch. the videos will be enticing, they will create a sense of belonging to the brand.
The message will be strong, memorable and aspirationally emulable.
