The Brief

To create 60 sec revealer video of Elie Saab residences on Qetaifan Island based on CG visuals. For shell-like shape of Qetaifan Island to inform the visual treatment of the film. To work with it as a spiral transition between key frames, taking us deeper into the shell and the Elie Saab residencies, brougth to you by DarGlobal, real estate of luxury buildings. The Qetaifan Island is shaped like a shell and it can be seen as a haven of luxury, a place to hide and indulge, away from the clutter and chaos of everyday life.
Elie Saab brings magic to everything he touches – a pioneer in luxury fashion, he led the way in becoming the first Arab to be admitted to the fashion industry’s governing body, Chambre Syndicale de la Haute Couture. By calling one of the Elie Saab Maison Residencies your home, you’ll be leading the way into new levels of luxury living.

The Idea

Haute Couture is the pinnacle of craftsmanship and luxury. The Elie Saab Maison Residencies are constructed, crafted, and curated with this same principle on a bespoke island. We start with footage of an Elie Saab model walking. We begin to see a stream of golden dust rise from her dress. We follow the dust drifting through the sky, then we see it circle around Qetaifan Island, the waves and the sand, and then among the property interiors. The golden dust acts as the protagonist of the concept. It leads the way between the Elie Saab fashion world and the Elie Saab Maison Residencies. It is a representation of both Elie Saab’s work and the pioneering luxury associated with the residencies.

Talent

Resolute is a design studio specializing in 3D Animation, Post Production, VFX, Projection Mapping, and Video Installation. Co-founders Enrico Meloni and Francesco Briganti bring extensive experience to the studio, with a focus on animation and video installations beyond traditional screen canvases. Resolute also offers Artistic Direction for each project, ensuring a seamless fit for the final outcome, whether it’s special effects for advertising films or Ultra HD projections on various materials.
